PRODUCT OMSCHRIJVING
Kite Aerial Photography (KAP) is photography by lifting a camera by a kite.
The camera is controlled remotely or automatically takes aerial photos and can be hung directly on the kite, but usually the camera hangs in a special harness on the kite line.
This capability allows pilots to take photos of landscapes, objects, architecture and people in a whole new way.
KAP started at the end of the 19th century.
Aerial photography with kites is, in fact, one of the oldest forms of remote sensing of the Earth's surface
The KAP Foils, developed by the German kite enthusiast Ralf Beutnagel, are reliable and very stable lift kites for flying a camera.
They have been in successful use since 2006 and have impressed many Kite Aerial Photographers with their flight properties.
The wind range of the KAP Foil is quite large.
These kites even perform very well in surface winds.
Even KAP Foil 8.0 is more than strong enough to lift a heavier camera at low wind speeds.
All KAP Foils are stable at higher wind speeds without constantly moving back and forth.
Suggested kite line: 118 daN
KAP Foils generate considerable pulling force
Only for experienced kite flyers
Strict supervision of the designated age and wind strength is highly recommended
